 I've been writing music on and off for over 20 years. The music here is a MIDI experience, using sound fonts and open source software. If I had my own orchestra, though, that would be a different story! :-)

I enjoy writing soundtrack-style music. I am truly inspired by John Williams, Jerry Goldsmith, and even *cough* James Horner, not to mention Igor Stravinksy, Bela Bartok, Dmitry Shostakovich and other 20th century composers (not to worry, though, I don't go for atonal or serial composition). My stuff is pretty light on the harmony, but big on melody and cool orchestral sounds.
All compositions are released under the Creative Commons Licenese, where I give you permission to download, redistribute and use for any purpose (commercial or not). Just don't take the music, add to it and call it your own. All I ask is that you keep my name on it and give me some credit if used in some sort of commercial work.
